5 Tips to Stay Motivated to Exercise

Starting a physical fitness program and staying with it can be challenging at times. Here are five tips to help you stay the course:
- Set a Goal. Be specific about what you will be doing and make sure that it is “attainable” – something that you can reach.
- Make it fun! Include activities that you enjoy. For example, if you enjoy dancing, you may consider adding a belly dancing class to your fitness regimen.
- Have a partner. Workout with a friend or family member and encourage each other along the way.
- Hire a personal trainer. A personal trainer serves to teach, guide, and encourage you.
- Reward yourself. Give yourself a reward for making accomplishments during your program.
And remember, you can make adjustments to your program when necessary. May you have much success!
